Administration

Our administrative team is led by the principal Ms. Childress, supporting the Worthington learning community as a whole.  Our assistant principals (Mrs. Jennings, Mr. Medina, and Ms. Thompson) serve as support for students in specific grade levels and as support for staff in specific departments. 

A core belief in Northwest ISD is that “each student's success is the shared responsibility of students, families, schools, and communities.”  Partnering with families is an essential part of our roles, so please reach out first to your student’s grade level administrator with any questions or concerns you have that impact or concern your student.  We are here for your family!
